§ 20-14. Agreements and charges for services

The town manager may enter into agreements and fix charges, subject to the approval of the council, for any service rendered in addition to the services provided in sections 20-12 and 20-13, such as but not limited to hauling bulk refuse not prepared in accordance with this chapter or, hauling of refuse from premises outside the town.
