§ 16-85. Application to sparklers on private property.

Latest version.

This division shall not apply to sparklers, fountains, Pharaoh's serpents, caps for pistols, nor shall it apply to pinwheels commonly known as whirligigs or spinning jennies, when used, ignited or exploded on private property with the consent of the owner of the property.
