§ 16-3. Penalty.

(a)

General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to section 1-18.

(b)

Burning of leaves. Any person violating any provision of article II, division 4 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than $500.00 for each violation.
